Marketing plan

To ensure Recruitment Agency Expo attracts the highest calibre of senior level decision-makers, our visitor marketing programme will generate massive awareness among our target audience in the months and weeks leading up to the exhibition.

The marketing campaign includes:

Direct Mail

The direct mail campaign will commence 3 months prior to the exhibition targeting key decision-makers in the Recruitment Industry.

PR

The PR campaign for the event will also ensure we get consistent and regular media coverage in the months leading up to the show. A dedicated PR campaign and liaison with prominent industry journals to provide editorial coverage for both the Exhibition and Seminar programme. Specifically there will be authoritative and in-depth coverage of the event by the industry’s leading titles, with a combined readership of 50,000. The coverage will culminate in an extensive preview of the Exhibition.

Newsletters

We also plan to produce regular newsletters to the industry in the lead-up to the show, highlighting the latest news and developments with the event. Exhibitors taking part will be issued with unlimited number of complimentary invitations to mail out to their database of clients.

Extensive coverage on the Recruitment Agency Expo web site and through other electronic media. The event website is key to delivering exhibition pre-registrations A continuous promotional campaign aimed at exhibition pre-registrations including an exhibition preview and email reminder messages highlighting the benefits of attending.

Exhibitor Databases

With an estimated 150 exhibitors expected to participate in the show, we will be working with them to send tailor-made newsletters out to their clients base announcing their presence at the show. This will allow us access and create awareness for the event to an estimated 75,000 professionals who are directly involved in the recruitment industry.

Trade Magazine Advertising and Ticket Insertions

Over 100,000 exhibition tickets will be inserted into leading trade journals. Supporting the ticket inserts will be a fully integrated advertising campaign. .
