Recruitment isn't broken but it's outdated. Too many capable candidates are overlooked, not because they lack potential, but because the system isn't built to support or present them properly. Growing up in a community where opportunities weren't always visible or accessible, I saw it early. Later, recruiting in house for companies like Hays, Uber, and BGC Group, I realised employers were facing a different challenge: they often didn't know how to reach or engage the young people they needed.||Driven by that lived experience, I founded iRxcruit - a people-first platform reimagining early careers hiring.
