Alison Humphries (MA Oxon, Hon FREC, CIPD,  Dip T&D) has been a director of 4 listed businesses and a track record of dramatically growing small recruitment businesses through to substantial exit events.  Her 40 years of experience covers most sectors, and she has successfully developed multi-million pound statement of works businesses across several sectors (as well as contract/temp, contingent and retained hiring), while garnering several awards including REC Best Learning and Development Company, Sunday Times Fasttrack 100 (24th), the Recruiter Hot 100, multiple Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For and Recruiter Fast 50 (11th) and Recruiter Best Strategic Turnaround. She works with multiple recruitment businesses as a NED/Board Advisor, and is also a founder of Women in Recruitment Leadership and an honorary fellow of the REC. Her consultancy business is Recruitment Leadership Ltd and she is a well-known author (Seven Behaviours of Successful Recruitment Leaders), conference speaker and industry commentator.
