He has spearheaded numerous initiatives that have transformed how recruitment firms and their consultants operate, and he has done this by utilising the first hand growth he’s been able to experience from the methods that he has adopted in his own career.
Callum sits on the board of 3 major recruitment firms with his main focus being at G+E Partners, which he has earned his place as Managing Director and Partner. G+E Partners is an executive search firm specialising in the Life Sciences, Construction, Infrastructure, Medical Devices and Logistics & Supply Chain sectors! Callum was able to successfully integrate virtual recruitment assistants into his workflows and saw a huge opportunity to combine his personal experience and success with others in recruitment!
