David Stone
David Stone, CEO of MRL Consulting Group, is a career recruiter, entering the industry straight from University in 1994. A self-professed “old school” recruiter, he’s not averse to trying new things; devising an ‘account management’ model when the 360 approach was still king and implementing the 4 Day Week long before it became fashionable. David is a huge proponent of recruitment as a serious career choice and the incredible opportunities it can open up. This goes hand in hand with his charity work, including founding the Fred Stone Foundation to work with local underprivileged schools and promoting education as the best path to enhancing life and career prospects.
