Erika Clifford
Erika is the founder of Just Recruit – a simple, intuitive and affordable CRM / ATS.
She started in the recruitment industry in 2009 before co-founding recruitment agency Pod Talent in 2012. The team grew to 30 and the business won multiple prestigious industry awards during her time, before she sold up in 2017 after having her son.
Having been so disillusioned with the CRMs on offer when she started Pod Talent and seeing there was a clear need in the market, Erika founded Just Recruit in 2018. The company has gone from strength to strength with customers impressed by the simplicity of the system.
As a proud Mum of three young children and a business woman, Erika understands first-hand the importance of efficiency in processes and systems and is passionate about sharing her knowledge.
