She has successfully placed hundreds of candidates across tech, finance, energy and business support, and has led high-volume hiring campaigns saving organisations over £200,000 in agency fees through strategic sourcing.
Beyond placements, Karimah has coached and trained over 2,000 individuals through CV workshops and employability programmes – with a focus on early careers and untapped talent. Her ability to understand both the candidate and employer journey has made her a trusted voice in bridging the gap between potential and opportunity.
Driven by lived experience growing up in Croydon, Karimah recognised the long standing barriers that prevent talented individuals from accessing meaningful work. In response, she’s building iRxcruit, a people-first platform that reimagines how early careers recruitment is done.
