After falling into a recruitment role during my ‘gap year’, I knew I had found my calling in life. Fifteen years later, while I may not have no university degree, I am the proud CEO of OA Group. When recruiting is done well, it can have a profound effect on both the applicants and the company. This belief is the driving force behind both our OA Recruitment and OA Solutions brands. I am driven by a strong desire to help people drive actual progress and am committed to building one of the top recruitment businesses in the UK.
We’ve gone from 30 to 50 employees and generated £20 million in revenue in the past two years, and that’s not even including our ambitious growth plans. As a mother of four children, a business owner and investor, I’m an individual who believes anything is possible.
