Matthew Dewstowe, Director of Product at Daxtra, has been driving innovation in digital products with applied machine learning since the early days of Web 2.0. He has created, scaled, and delivered B2B and B2C SaaS products across venture-backed portfolios. He exited Innovantage in 2012, a company now owned by Bullhorn, after building the UK’s first focused web crawler for corporate jobs which aggregated over 1 million websites. He also launched the world’s first global talent crowdsourcing marketplace. Matthew has consulted on multiple Generative AI projects and advised FTSE 250 and Fortune 1000 employers, including Gartner, on talent analytics strategies.
