Hello! I’m Oli Hills, the award-winning CEO of Nonsensical TikTok Marketing Agency. Having initially worked in investment management with UBS & Fidelity, I quit my job to start my first business, Zento, AI software to recognise brand logos on trainers at mass participation events. During that journey, I was approached to take over a local social media publisher in Birmingham. Since then we have grown the team to 14 TikTok superstars and built a client base including Givenchy and Wasps Rugby.
We have also created our own TikTok communities like Endless Pride and Endless Mythology to over 400,000 followers and achieved 175,000,000 TikTok views in the past 12 months. Outside of work, I am on the board of governors for Ronald McDonald House Charities and support them with social media strategy. I am also on the board for Create Central, an organisation set up to breed new life into the creative industries scene in the West Midlands.
