Over the past 20 years, Peter’s recruitment career has evolved from trainee to director, however a vision of sustainable growth and the potential of new models to accelerate opportunity and value has led to an expansion into RPO and MSP opportunities whilst retaining high moral and ethical standards.
His experience in articulating the value proposition and differentiation, taking it to market, and then successfully implementing and operating RPO/MSP engagements is a testament to the art of the possible. The evolution has facilitated growth and sustainable revenue models, whilst offering an elevated and highly valued experience to his clients.
Peter successfully completed an MBO of Alexander Associates six years ago and today is a director and co-owner with colleagues Gareth Jones and Ruth Parker.
