Important Notice: Beware of Scam Emails Targeting Exhibitors, Speakers & Sponsors
We want to alert all exhibitors and sponsors about fraudulent emails claiming to sell attendee lists for Recruitment Agency Expo. These emails are not legitimate, and the senders have no affiliation with our event.
Important Facts:
- We NEVER sell our attendee list – Any email offering to sell you this data is a scam.
- Scammers often impersonate our brand, using fake names, company details, and even event branding to appear credible.
- These fraudulent emails often claim urgent deadlines or limited-time offers to pressure you into acting quickly.
- If you receive such an email, do not respond, click any links, or make any payments.
How to Spot a Scam Email:
- Claims to offer a pre-registered attendee list for purchase.
- Uses an email address that is not from our official domain (@recruitmentagencyexpo.com).
- Asks you to confirm interest by replying with “Yes” or “OPT-OUT.”
- Uses vague job titles like “Manager, Event Communication & Planning” in the signature.
- Poor grammar, odd formatting, or unusual sender names can also be warning signs.
What to Do If You Receive a Scam Email:
- Ignore & delete it – Do not reply or engage.
- Report it to us – Forward the email to info@recruitmentagencyexpo.com so we can take action.
- Stay vigilant – If you’re unsure about an email’s legitimacy, reach out to us directly.
Your safety and security are our priority. If you have any concerns, please contact our team directly before engaging with any third-party offers.
Thank you for helping us keep Recruitment Agency Expo a safe and trusted environment for all exhibitors and sponsors.
