Alex Farrell
Alex Farrell is a serial entrepreneur with a background in technology platforms and WorkTech. She founded The IT Job Board in 1999, transforming it into Europe’s largest tech careers platform before its successful sale to Dice Inc., a NYSE-listed company.
Previously, Alex held a position on the executive board of SThree Plc, a global FTSE250 staffing company. She also served as an investor and non-executive director for Sourcebreaker, which was recently acquired by Bullhorn. Alex is currently building Autometry, a business focused on supercharging recruiters’ revenue. Their personalised AI assistant supercharges every single recruiter through a clever blend of AI, data and automation.
