With over 25 years of experience in the recruitment industry, Maria has established a reputation as a seasoned professional adept at navigating the complexities of hiring across temporary, permanent, and contract roles. Spanning both the private and public sectors, Maria’s career reflects a deep understanding of workforce solutions and a commitment to delivering tailored recruitment strategies that drive organizational success.
In 2020 Maria took a leap of faith, to start her own Agency focusing on Permanent Recruitment. In 2021 her business partner Lauren Cobb joined her and together they have continued to nurture and grow their Agency Made Employment Ltd and have successfully worked with several National clients, supporting volume permanent recruitment. As a small independent Agency, competing with larger and National agencies is a challenge, together with showing capability to fulfil and scale up at short notice.
Maria is proud of how they have engineered their success to meet the demands and survive the economic highs and lows. Made Employment is in their 4th Year, and has successfully placed 200 candidates across several National, multi-site companies, therefore showing how a small business can leverage great results.
