Omar has over 12 years of experience in recruitment and the B2B SaaS space, working with established recruitment firms to solve problems by consolidating their communication channels and automating manual tasks for consultants with the power of AI. He’s spoken to hundreds of agencies over the past couple years, to understand the challenges that really need solving in the industry, feeding that back to TalentLynk’s engineering team, led by fellow Co-Founder Daniel Nitu, to build a unique VOIP system only for the recruitment market.
