Sachin Ruparelia has established himself as a leader and well-regarded figure in the recruitment sector. Alongside his business partner, Matt Newman, he established Camino Partners in 2012, placing non-sales talent into the recruitment sector.

Following a successful period of growth, Camino Search was launched in 2020, which is a global headhunting consultancy placing senior finance and M&A professionals into the tech and tech-enabled sector. Sachin and the team are striving to realise the Camino Group vision, which is to “leave a positive legacy within the industry by positively impacting colleagues’, clients’ and candidates’ lives”.
