Currently the driving force behind learning and development at Samuel Knight, core focus has been on developing front-office processes, operations and technology to support the company’s growth. This has included embedding new CRM processes, ensuring that our data is central in everything that we do, developing new operating models, instilling a greater level of entrepreneurial thinking through the introduction of performance indicators (and how to use these in a positive way), a career pathway, promotions, monthly business review process, and managing internal hiring processes. Prior to this, professional focus was on heading up Frank Recruitment Group’s EMEA and APAC Learning and Development. Managing the L&D team fell alongside helping with core change projects to again support company growth. This included the roll-out of a brand new CRM globally, orchestrating the retraining, support and further development of a 1500 head, 10 office business. Central in rolling out GDPR communications and processes, developing new training techniques, and supporting new offices across EMEA and APAC directly. A background in learning and development, technical training, management and consultancy has given me a strong capacity to support businesses manage growth with stability.
