Ben Fogle Inspired Recruitment Leaders at Recruitment Agency Expo
Adventurer, broadcaster, and bestselling author Ben Fogle headlined at the Recruitment Agency Expo, on 8–9 October 2025 at the NEC Birmingham, with his inspiring keynote 'Beyond the Comfort Zone - What Adventure Taught Me About Leadership and Resilience'.
Ben will took to the Main Stage on Day 2 of the show, Wednesday 9 October, sharing powerful stories from his extraordinary life — from rowing across the Atlantic and summiting Everest to surviving in some of the world’s most extreme environments. He revealed how these experiences shaped his views on leadership, resilience, adaptability, and decision-making under pressure.
Recruitment leaders attending the session walked away with fresh perspectives on how to navigate challenges, inspire teams, and embrace change with confidence. By drawing parallels between the unpredictable world of exploration and the fast-moving recruitment industry, Ben’s keynote was both motivating and deeply practical.
