Alex leads technology transformation, workflow optimisation, CRM evolution, analytics, and AI adoption, ensuring tools are practical, reliable, and fully adopted. He also drives change management, using clear communications, playbooks, and training to embed new ways of working effectively.

Previously, Alex led Learning & Development across seven recruitment businesses within the group, building structured onboarding, capability programs, and adoption frameworks to improve performance and consistency. His work bridges technology, data, and people to deliver measurable impact across recruitment operations.
