Alex Moore is Chief Sales Officer at Sapphire, leading group sales across UK contracting (umbrella, CIS and PEO), global payroll and Quartz, a software product. With 17 years in the UK contracting and payroll industry, she combines deep compliance expertise with commercial focus to help agencies and MSPs scale with confidence. Alex joined Sapphire to help accelerate growth in a high-potential, compliance-first business. She helped build the agency client base to 300+ key accounts and 10,000 contractors, then stepped up to lead the UK Sales function before broadening remit to oversee Quartz sales and support global expansion. Now as CSO, Alex is focused on a clear, consistent sales strategy across Sapphire's services. A strong advocate for high standards, Alex champions Sapphire's current accreditations (FCSA, SafeRec and APSCo Trusted Partner) and a transparent approach to due diligence - critical as umbrella legislation and Joint and Several Liability (JSL) raise supply-chain risk for agencies and MSPs. She credits Sapphire's move to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) as a pivotal moment, and her goal is simple - to make Sapphire the partner every agency wants to work with.
