A seasoned executive search consultant, Amy has a wealth of experience in recruitment, communications and business development and prides herself on taking an extremely high touch approach with her clients and candidates alike. Starting her career in the world of boutique search, Amy specialised in professional services, technology and financial services recruitment across Europe and Asia. Prior to launching The Woolf Partnership, Amy spent many years working within the professional services world, at KPMG. During her tenure she provided a bespoke direct search service to the partner group, worked alongside the UK Board to launch a firm wide social collaboration network and advised clients on how to act as agents of change for their organisations. Following many years in Professional Services, Amy sought to establish a business that partnered with clients to understand their talent strategy and search for truly transformational leaders. The Woolf Partnership focuses on technology, transformation and change, working alongside their clients to find not just the most talented candidates for their business, but the best cultural fit too. When she is not leading The Woolf Partnership, Amy spends most of her time with her husband, their three kids and their dog. Passionate about transformation and change, Amy is a Trustee of a leading Social Care charity and the Board sponsor for their digital transformation programme.
