As the Managing Director of Recspand, I offer tailored solutions that address the commercial and operational challenges of expansion, from strategy to execution. As the Co-Founder of RecWired, I build and nurture a global community of recruitment thought-leaders and innovators, who share support, resources, knowledge, and technology. My passion is to find and create opportunities that deliver value and satisfaction to my clients and partners. I have a strong background in contract staffing, M&A, consulting, and RecTech, and I leverage my skills and expertise in process improvement, new business development, and customer relationship management to maximise revenues and outcomes.
