Ben Lynch is the founder of Illumini, a company bringing the AI & automation revolution to Recruitment, but in a directly revenue-generating way. Starting as a Data Analyst inside a Recruitment Agency, Ben was originally given long-winded repetitive tasks such as bounced email cleansing, hiring manager finding & searching for Backdoor Hires. He used his past Software Developer experience to build an automated software tool for each of these tasks, essentially freeing the business of needing to carry out these mundane tasks.
