As founder of Diversity in Recruitment, Jo works with recruitment agencies and in-house TA teams to build inclusive, accessible, and commercially effective hiring strategies that actually change who gets hired, not just what gets talked about. She partners with businesses to help them select and use AI and recruitment technology in ways that reduce bias, improve candidate experience, and free consultants to focus on high-value BD, client advisory, and long-term relationships. Jo trains recruiters and hiring managers across the UK and Europe, equipping them with practical skills to balance productivity, inclusion, and revenue growth on AI-enabled desks.
