A technology and data leader with over 20 years’ experience in IT and more than a decade shaping how recruitment businesses use digital systems, CRM, automation, and analytics.

At Faststream, Josh leads the end-to-end technology and data landscape across multiple international brands, covering cloud infrastructure and security, CRM evolution, workflow design, analytics architecture, and AI adoption. His work has focused on moving the business from fragmented legacy systems to a modern, data-led, automation-ready environment.

More recently, his focus has been on the responsible use of AI in recruitment, including AI-assisted reporting, engagement scoring models, candidate and job health analytics, and practical automation that supports consultants day to day. This has been delivered using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Copilot, and specialist recruitment platforms.

He works at the intersection of technology, commercial priorities, and real-world workflows, with a consistent focus on reducing friction, improving performance, and enabling clearer decision-making.
