Beginning my professional career in 1993, I found my passion for recruitment after shifting from studying Archaeology. Starting as a Researcher for a Life Sciences Executive Search firm, I adapted to the industry's challenges with just a phone, fax, and determination. Over a decade, I tackled various roles from agency desk work to IT Contract recruitment. Despite battling alcoholism, I got sober in 2017. From 2010 to 2021, I held leadership positions at Harvey Nash and Berwick, gaining experience in account management and market development. Joining Korn Ferry in 2021, I focused on improving operational efficiency as VP & EMEA Regional Delivery Leader. In 2023, faced with divorce, redundancy, and the loss of my Mum to cancer, I was at an inflection point. In response, I founded FMP Consulting, named after my daughter, Freya. FMP specialise in delivering evaluation, advisory, and project execution services to clients in the recruitment, executive search, and talent solutions markets. ex
