With over 15 years in the recruitment industry 9 of which in learning & development, Naz Harrison has worked with some of the biggest names in the sector. After working directly in sales, Naz moved into L&D in 2017 finishing his in-house career as Global Director of L&D. He founded the Harrison Training Group in 2025. Through the Harrison Training Group, Naz offers the sales & leadership programs that he deployed to help businesses across multiple sectors achieve record sales years and PE exits. Weather it's delivering workshops, coaching, or advising on learning strategies. Naz is passionate about the recruitment sector and seeing people develop.
