Sam has 25+ years' experience in the UK professional recruitment sector. APSCo UK is the only UK workforce solutions & staffing trade body with an international footprint and the only body specifically focused on firms operating within the professional sectors. From start-ups to multinational operators, we represent our members' best interests and support their business transformation and success. Sam worked with APSCo from 2010, providing legal & public policy support. She lobbied Government on the AWR, IR35, Off-Payroll Rules, etc., to 2020, and sat on HMRC's IR35 Forum from its inception, and as co-chair from 2018 to 2020. Her remit as MD includes the strategic development of member service, and growth of APSCo's membership and reputation within the UK. Prior to joining APSCo permanently in 2013 Sam owned and ran a legal services company in the UK recruitment sector. She started her career as a consultant in an IT recruitment business.
